scar tissue - feet

I had neuroma surgery about 6 years ago. (1 in each foot). Last year a 2nd surgery was done in which they found massive scar tissue. The other foot is very bad now, but I'd like to know if there are various methods to remove scar tissue. Can a lasar be used? The last surgery they could only kind of push some of it aside, they said. I want to be sure as much as possible is removed, in the best way possible.

Specially developed for the treatment of plantar tendopathy. An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain.
