I realize that you can't provide a difinitive diagnosis over the internet but I was hopping for a range of possibilities that might aid a self-diagnosis. I can't afford to see a physician as I have no insurance and I'm currently unemployed. Assuming, you can supply possible indications, it may be useful for me to add that since this began, I have not been wearing any footware most of the time, so I dought it is related to footware.
