lump on 4th right metatarsal

I have had e-rays, bone scans and seen several specialist and no one knows what is wrong. I have a very painful lump on the 4th right metatarsal about the size of a large grape. When given Oxaprozin (600 mg) it will help reduce the size but never completely and it always comes right back. Any idea what this might be?
