Without examining your feet I can not say anything for certain. You should probably see either a podiatrist, orthopedist or neurologist for an evaluation.

One thought I had is a hereditary neuromuscular disorder such as Charcot Marie Toothe disease. Another is Friedrich's ataxia. These often present with a high arch foot. There can certainly be other causes, but a qualified specialist needs to examine you further.
