Help Please,Im Giong Mad !

I've seen several doctors over the past 12 month and im not really getting anywhere.Please help if you can?Im having terrible trouble with coldsores on the instep on my left foot.
I've tried oral medication and several different types of cream but it just keeps coming back and with more ferosity each time.It's starting to make walking quite difficult too.
If you have come across this before or have any advise for me it would be very much appreciated.
