Toe

I have had excruciating pain in the toe nerxt to my big toe formany years I have been to podiatrists, pain management doctors, had bone scans, MRI's, shots, electro treatment and no one can tellme what this is. The tip of the toe was removed about 50 years ago due to an ingrown toenail and caused me no problems until this last few years. The pain can get so bad it brings tears to my eyes. Any suggestions.
