Planters wart

I have been using the Compound W wart removal pads for about 2 months now, on a planters wart on the bottom of my right foot. It seems to be extracting the wart, but, after 2 months, shouldn't this thing be gone by now? Please advise. (I use the pads as indicated by the directions on the box)....Thanks
