I am a skater, and after suffering from bunions on both sides of my foot, I now have a bunoin-like bump on the back of my foot, just a little bit higher than my heel. It is quite prominent, and though it doesn't hurt yet, my friend who is also a skater has one very similar to mine and says that it only gets worse. Please, is there anything I can to to stop this?
