Fasciculations/tingling/pain in feet

Hi,
I have strange problem. I play drums and do sports everyday. I have constant fasciculations in soles of both foot. Also my toes move constantly, occasional pain also in toes and ankle. ENMG was fine as was my back MRI. All blood test came out normal. What is this? Tarsal tunnel? Other entrapment? Please help! Thanks.
