planters wart on stomach

I'm 9 months pregnant and am told I have a planters wart that developed when I was about 6 months pregnant. Is this dangerous? What could cause this to happen? It is getting larger now. This looks like its a sponge that is splitting. How do I remove it? Is it cancerous? How large will it get?
