After surgery pain { Moraon Neuroma}

It's been 1 1/2 yr. sence surgery and 14 alcohol shoots and the pain dosn't go away. Now Doc says the fatie pads under the knuckle of my toes are gone. Tried two different insouls. I've still got so much pain I can't walk all day. Any ideas?
