six weeks i had a fracture ( lateral malleolus) non displaced, leg in cast for six weeks, now cast removed and told by specialist, to now go and walk. no mention about physio.... so i am doing it myself, but i get some pain and i know its early days. i wondered if its wise to take painkillers at this early stage to walk better? incidentally, everyone tells me how well i'm doing at this early stage.? thankyou |
