My husband has heel pain!!

My husband wakes up some mornings and can't put any pressure on his right heel at all. He works at a machine shop so he stands most of the day. We have been trying to find him some more supportive shoes or some inserts but he wears a size 16 shoe. It's hard to find anything for him. Is there any advice you could give him.
