foot type

I went today and picked up my records and was wondering if you could tell me what this means "she has a rectus foot type with a rearfoot valgus deformity. ROM are essentaily WNL b/l adn muscle power 5/5, heel pain above the insertion of the achilles tendon with a large exostosis. She is very supinated in stance esp. on left side".
Thanks for all your help
