Re: Side of right foot, I fell

I went to the hospital and the small end of the side bone is broken. On Monday I'm supposed to get the foot casted. I'm wondering, if it can be pushed back in place. If not, I wouldn't then have to get a big cast and be able to drive my child to work for the next 6 weeks. I told them I needed to drive home, so they didn't make me go to the otho specialist today. Otherwise, I can just keep the foot plaster board (it got wet and hardened) and the 2 ace bandages wrapped on it, and they gave me a shoe boot. That way, when I have to drive, I can remove it and drive and then put it back on afterwards. My child cannot afford to miss work the next 6 weeks. Please let me know your answers. Thanks!
