swollen ankles, with burning , aching feet

About 2 weeks ago i woke up with sore feet. I got out of bed and could hardly walk. They have progressively gotten worse. I walk at work and can hardly take the pain. Now my ankles are swollen and my feet feel tight and hurt from heel down side to little toe. The bottom burns and ache. They are warm to the touch. This is not one foot, its both.
I suffer also from hypertension and take medication daily. Please Help me.
