swelling behind toes

There is no history of any neurological disorders in my family. I have swelling between my third anf fourth toes on both feet. They don't hurt to touch, but when I'm wearing shows, the bottoms of my toes are somewhat nunmb and I get occasional sharp pains in several of my toes...including the big toe. Can this still be Morton's Neuroma? I have a very high arch and I also had an osteotomy of my big toe on the right foot.
