Huge Big Toes

I am a 44 year old lady and have never worn sandels, because I have huge big toes. They are very huge and fat. Can surgery be done to reshape my big toe?

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
