Re: fractured fifth metatarsel

I FRACTURED MY FIFTH METATARSAL COUPLE WEEKS AGO DOESNT SEEM TO BE GETTING BETTER. DR HAS PUT TWO CASTS ON THAT HAD TO BE TAKEN OFF FOR SEVERE SWELLING I ELEVATE ALL THE TIME ICE IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE GETTING BETTER AT ALL PAIN ISNT BETTER EITHER SWELLING AND TOES ARE SEVERELY BRUISED AND FOOT BOTTOM AND TOP. IS THIS NORMAL? IM NOT A BABY WHEN IT COMES TO PAIN I HAVE GOOD INS BUT I DONT THINK DR IS TREATING THIS WELL PLEASE HELP DOES THIS KIND OF INJURY SUPPOSED TO DO THIS THE FRACTURE IS ON THE MIDSHAFT OF FIFTH METATARSEL.
