Do you have an opinion as to whether or not problems with hip bursitis, caused by IT Band Syndrome, could originate in my feet? I started running about a year ago. It turns out that the shoes I was running in were the wrong kind -- I supinate and the shoes I had were stablizers, causing my feet to supinate even more. As a result, I developed IT Band Syndrome and bursitis in one hip. I worked that out, but then got it again in the other hip and this time it hasn't really gone away. I think I may have high arches. Would that cause the problem? If it does, would orthotics be a solution? Thanks
