Treatment for Pterygium Inversum Unguis?

I keep finding the same photo and same information for Pterygium Inversum Unguis all over google. It keeps saying "consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment." That's great, but I just want to know: What IS the treatment? Google is not telling. Anyone know?
