Could it be broken?

Hi there. Yesterday I had the misfortune of slamming my right foot into the corner of an extremely heavy table. Immeditately after I couldn't walk, but after a night of ice and advil it seems to be feeling better. The area is still quite swollen and bruised but I can at least walk on the foot. My main concern is that when I walk there is a 'clicking' sound--like when you pop a nuckle-- and when it clicks, it varies from uncomfortable to painful. Could this be a symptom of a fracture?
